My colleagues at Ryerson University have launched a new resource for academics, instructors and management that work in online higher education. The site includes interviews with practitioners, samples of educational media, a great collection of resources, and other features.

This learning object gives nursing students a chance to actively determine the location of each of the key areas on the heart that need to be considered during a cardiac assessment. As well, students have an opportunity to listen to some of the common sounds that are found in each location.
